На нее нужен permit, это как бы addition. Подали доки в сити, получили ответ:

Provide a complete set of drawings including site plan with setbacks, fully dimensioned floor plan, roof plan and elevations showing the building and the structure. See attached example
Sumit the construction details or the manufacture’s specifications
Submit the Schedule 1 form signed by the homeowner
Submit the Tree Declaration form
Мама дорогая, я посмотрел их example - это полный survey всего дома. Плюс подробный план бэкьярда, и куча прочего гавна. Только сделать это все будет стоить тысяч 5 наверное! Опуская матерные подробности, сразу перехожу к делу. Кто-то сталкивался с вопросом? Как это обойти? Как я понимаю, если газибу не аттачить к дому, то permit и не нужен?
