Ну да, а в остальном страна заебись какая классная..
А выйти и сказать - извените, наша медицинская система не готова ни к чему бОльшему чем сезонный грипп, если тут будет землетрясение на пару тысяч раненых - всё, у нас переполнение.
И что мы этому фактору мы не можем называться страной первого мира, мы - сраная африка.
Вот это они сказать не могут, интересно почему? Потому что у тех кто это всё должен был делать - зарплаты таки не как в Африке, а как в стране первого мира (даже больше) и терять они их не хотят? Но и работать тоже не будут.
