Российские импортеры оказались в патовой ситуации: зарубежные поставщики не отгружают товар, впервые за два десятилетия требуя деньги вперед, стало известно «Газете.Ru». Банки не кредитуют импорт, опасаясь банкротств, а европейские страховщики по той же причине отказываются страховать их финансовые риски. Проблемы возникают даже с Китаем.
