Какие будут за и против брать 4к/1080 HU8550 vs H7150?

Первый раз слышу что 4К будет заметна разница если сидеть ближе чем 10 футов.

Setting aside the 4k resolution, the Samsung HU8550 LED TV has the same great picture quality as the cheaper Samsung H7150. Its only flaws are the high input lag and the loss of saturation in the colors when viewed at an angle.

Upscaled 1080p content doesn't improve the picture quality. You really need native 4k content if you want to enjoy the higher resolution, as well as sitting closer than 10 feet of it.
