заморачивались ли вы пермит для бейсмента?

Это "by-law" для 2 разных сити

When is a Building Permit Not Required?
Finishing a basement of a residential Part 9 building provided:
the work does not include structural alterations;
no additional dwelling unit(s) is (are) created; and
the work does not include the installation of new plumbing; and
