Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau is under fire today for being sexist and demeaning toward women in his "Justin Unplugged" event planned for Nov. 7 in Toronto.

"Ladies, you're invited to (really) get to know the future prime minister," the event's advertisement coos in a Warhol-inspired graphic which poses questions like "What is the biggest issue facing women?" and "What's your favourite virtue?" in a stylish script clearly intended to appeal to the fairer sex.

"This isn't just demeaning, it's stupid," wrote NDP Deputy Leader Megan Leslie in response. "Stupid stupid stupid. All issues are women's issues. And you know what, we can wear pants and drive cars and vote and have jobs and we can have political opinions. The economy is a women's issue, Justin. Health care is a women's issue, Justin. And you know what? Keystone XL ahem is a women's issue."
