Toronto police are continuing a widespread hunt for two men suspected of violently robbing a TD Bank branch, where they left two people injured from gunshot wounds.

"It’s a full-blown effort," Staff Inspector Mike Earl told CBC News. "All police agencies, divisions in the surrounding area here are trying to locate these individuals."

Police are expected to release photos or video footage of the suspects this afternoon.

Previously, Earl had described the two suspects as "very armed and very dangerous."

Police have already located a stolen vehicle believed to have been used by the suspects. The green, four-door Honda Civic was found Sunday night in North York and impounded by police.
