It has come to our attention via Apple, Microsoft, and other forums, that upgrading your IOS device to IOS 6.1 can potentially cause problems with our Enterprise Exchange Servers and also cause overheating, wireless connection issues, and 3G connection issues on your IOS device. If you have already upgraded your IOS device to 6.1, there is no option to revert back to an earlier version. If you have already upgraded and are not seeing any issues with your device, then no action is necessary.

If you have not upgraded your device to IOS 6.1, please do not upgrade at this time. If a device is upgraded and that device causes issues on our Enterprise Exchange Servers, we may be forced to block all IOS 6.1 devices from accessing our Exchange environment until such time as Apple releases a fix for this issue. At this point, Apple has not confirmed the problem that has been registered multiple times on their forum.
