да, ты прав, попутал я их семейный траст с фирмой. Однако конфликт интересов как тут выяснил именно из за должности в трасте. Кстати, пишут что эта должность еще и платная и зарплату он исправно получал все свое мэрство. А это реально подсудное дело.
