It's too early to write them off. They may downsize and may not even recover in consumers sector as household PCs go away. But, similar to HP and IBM they have a huge stake in the enterprise, and it's are not going away any time soon. In fact, it's growing. They are still quite agile and the recent restructure generally perceived as healthy.
