10+ years of management experience, with at least 5+ years of director level experience
Experience in security systems design and engineering, and security procedures.
Experience managing a team of architects and engineers to deliver world-class security infrastructure with industry-leading scalability and resiliency.
Proven track record of leading design delivery of large‐scale, high‐quality systems focused on the infrastructure layer of the technology stack
Deep hands‐on technical expertise and understanding of network, application and data security best practices.
Experience with design and implementation of security systems related to infrastructure, monitoring and authentication.
Experience leading development life cycle process and best practices
Experience mentoring/training the engineering community on complex technical issues
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to team development.
Experience with Agile Development Methodologies (SCRUM, XP) a plus
Ability to partner and to collaborate with people at all levels - individual engineers, managers, and executives.

BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field
