This week's PTWA agenda includes a Public Hearing at City Hall on Tuesday 25th at 7PM.
This Public Hearing is about a new high rise development in the NW corner of Dufferin & Rutherford, just north of the No Frills plaza.

As always, PTWA representatives will be present to express concerns regarding this development on the following grounds:
1. Although this area is planned for intensification the Developer asked for exception to build 25-story high rise tower instead of 8.
2. The Developer asked to triple the allowed density

The public is welcome to attend and give his deputations and objections.
Another option is to send an Email to the City Clerk (clerks@vaughan.ca) to state that you object and the reasons for your objections.
Please include the file name as shown in the notice attached.
Subject of the email should be: Objectiion to Official Plan Amendment File OP.13.015
