Среди недавно расекреченных документах британских спецслужб сначала был выложен в сеть, а потом убран документ fo-1093-375 там содержались исследования перед тем как начать подрывную деятельность против СССР. На предпоследней странице читаем:

(a)Propaganda addressed to Germans and Austrians, e.g., by:-
(i) The publication and dissemination of any literature which is considered too anti-Russian, as opposed to anti-Communist, for overt propaganda.This includes literature which is banned by the Russians in their Zone.

(b) Propaganda addressed to Russian authorities and forces, e.g., by spreading rumours of rape and loot by the slave-workers at home and on the severity of re-indoctrination courses which everyone who has tasted the easier life of the West will have to undergo.
