Option 3 – Trial Option – Do NOT Mail

This option is available if you wish to dispute the charge. You or an agent must file a Notice of Intention to Appear (NIA) form in person at the POA court location indicated on the back of your ticket within 30 days of receiving the ticket.

Once the completed NIA has been filed, a trial date will be scheduled and mailed to you. It is important to ensure that the court office has been provided with a current address.
