I have no illusions about our kids being introduced to substances sooner or later. And moving to "good" areas and picking "successful" schools does very little in this regard, unfortunately. The only thing that parents can do is teach their kids the truth about drugs and make them interested in life as it is. So, when they have to make a choice between life and drugs they are ready.
