Job Title: Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst





Primary Responsibilities: Work with Business Stakeholders to develop requirements for client facing and internal business applications.

1. Work with business on analysis of market problems, development of business proposals and business plans

2. Identify and describe Personals and User Stories

3. Perform Stakeholder Analysis and conceptualize business ideas into business needs

4. Support business decisions on business operations structure and processes

5. Analyze and document business processes and structure

6. Collaborate with Business and IT in defining and prioritizing product capabilities

7. Analyze and document Business and System requirements

8. Employ Use Cases and UML for analyzing and documenting requirements

9. Perform requirements management

10. Support Project Management, Architecture, Development, QA and Support stakeholders in planning, developing and supporting software solutions



Minimum Requirements:



5 + years in Business Analyst/Business System Analyst role

Solid understanding of Requirements Elicitation, Analysis, Documentation & Management

Practical experience in stakeholder analysis, needs analysis and business process modeling

Practical experience with Use Cases and UML

Strong understanding of SDLC

Experience in using requirements definition and management tools

Experience in Business Architecture is desired
