Solid C# development experience.
Experience developing web applications in ASP.NET.
Experience with Visual Studio 2010, SQL 2008 design, stored procedures and data warehouse methodologies.
Basic familiarity with ADO.NET database programming and SQL Server 2008 (i.e. TRANSACT-SQL, stored procedures, etc.).
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with Wowza, Windows Media Services or other media servers.
Strong working knowledge of streaming video formats WMV, H.264.
Strong working knowledge of streaming Media Servers and clients (configuration & implementation).
Understanding of video encoding and transcoding.
Understanding of network latency and buffering requirements for audio and video
MMS, RTP, RTSP, RTMP, etc protocol mastery.
Familiarity with encoders, transcending, and streaming media to fixed & mobile client devices.
Experience in an environment with complex business logic.
Web services experience.
Self-motivation, works under pressure.
Strong team player with positive attitude.
